Delivery & Returns

We are a family run UK company. All products are shipped from our distribution centre in the UK and come with a 14 day money back guarantee.

 

Delivery

United Kingdom - Delivery to any valid UK postcode is free for orders over £25.   Orders under £25 cost just £2.95 for standard delivery.  We use the Royal Mail to deliver your parcel and in most cases it will arrive between 1 and 3 working days after shipping (someone may need to be available to sign for your delivery).  We offer an optional upgrade to a UK next working day delivery service too if required.

Ireland - Delivery to Ireland is via Royal Mail and costs £6.99

EU / Europe - Delivery to the following European Union countries is via Royal Mail and costs £10.99 - Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.  We use the Royal Mail to deliver your parcel and in most cases it will arrive between 3 and 14 working days after shipping (someone may need to be available to sign for your delivery). 

Rest of World - Delivery to countries outside of the EU is via courrier and costs £29.99.  Delivery times vary.  Please contact us if you need details for your particular country.

We pride ourselves on our stock levels and ability to despatch your order quickly - often orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day.  However in rare cases there can be a delay - we will always keep you informed by phone or email.  Shipping times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, during promotions, postal strikes, adverse weather conditions etc.  We will only take payment from your card / PayPal account once your order is ready to dispatch.

Returns

You may return any item (excluding underwear) for a full refund of the goods* within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached and unused.

Pack your returns securely and use the returns label provided.  We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting when returning items in case the parcel goes missing. We do not accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
